  • Twice yearly technology review meetings

On-Site/Deskside Support

$125/hour

  • An on-site visit from a technician to handle any issues that cannot be resolved remotely

  • Hands-on support for hardware issues or new installations

  • No travel time costs or one-time travel fees; Only pay for the time the technician is on-site
