Returns/Refunds Policy

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Sometimes you don't order the right thing. That's OK! We will do our best to accommodate you with product returns. However, please understand that OnSwitch does not stock products. We work with distributors to ship products directly to our customers, so it is not possible to return most items once opened. Please review our returns and refunds policy below for more information. 

 

Exchanges and Refunds for
Products

Products purchased through OnSwitch Inc. may be returned within 30 days of product receipt for a refund, provided that all of the conditions below are met:

  1. All products being returned are unopened

  2. All products being returned have all original packaging

  3. All products being returned are in the same condition they arrived in

  4. Products are received at our warehouse within 30 days of when they were received at your location

  5. Products are received with a completed RMA form

Please email support@onswitchit.ca to request an RMA form for any products that you wish to return. Please include your order number to speed return processing. You will receive an RMA form within 3 business days of your request. 

Products may be returned for refund only, Exchanges are not possible.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned items.


Defective Products

Defective products must be returned within 30 days of when they were received at your location. Please email support@onswitchit.ca to request an RMA form for any defective products. Please include your order number to speed return processing. You will receive an RMA form within 3 business days of your request. 

OnSwitch Inc. will provide shipping labels to return defective products. 


Refunds for Services

Services purchased through OnSwitch Inc. are eligible for refund only under the following conditions:

  1. OnSwitch Inc. failed to provide all or part of a contracted service according to the terms of the signed quote provided to the customer

  2. OnSwitch Inc. has been been unable to remedy the service failure through other means (such as supplying temporary connectivity in the event of an internet line cut)

  3. The problem with the contracted service was reported to OnSwitch Inc. by the customer in writing via email to support@onswitchit.ca within 30 days of the service failure

Under these conditions, OnSwitch Inc. will provide a refund to the customer equivalent to the customer’s costs for the contracted service for the day(s) that the service was unavailable.

OnSwitch Inc. is not liable for damages or losses incurred by a customer due to a service outage. Refunds are capped at the service cost paid by the customer.
